dVAM acts as the Product Adviser on the manufacture, design and structuring of the new dVAM funds as well as continually monitoring the existing product range. 

Pacific Capital Partners Limited (the Investment Manager), a firm authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 171200), launched a range of Irish UCITS funds which are regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland, and exclusively distributed by deVere Group Ltd.   The dVAM funds are sub-managed by independent FCA regulated investment firms including GAM International, Fulcrum Asset Management, Guinness Asset Management and Threadneedle Asset Management.   

OUR ROLE

Making recommendations to the Investment Manager regarding the selection of the Sub-Investment Managers to the dVAM Funds based on feedback from IFA's and Investors.

Defining the target market for each fund and checking on a regular basis that it remains consistent with the need’s characteristics and objectives of the identified target group.

Independently monitoring the Sub-Investment Managers' performance relative to their investment objectives which are in addition to the Investment Manager’s own oversight of the Sub-Investment Managers and the Funds;

Conducting ongoing market research, product benchmarking and customer surveys, to enable the provision of strategic guidance to the Investment Manager on the proposition, structure, pricing and investment objectives of the Funds, ensuring that the Funds remain suitable for the target investors at all times

Responding to major developments in the industry (i.e. regulations, tax, competition, etc.) that create new opportunities or challenges for our investors
